There we go again. Another long pause between updates. We need to
upgrade from the pony express in our communication. First, big props
to our brothers from New England, Ryan Montbleau Band, for having us
on a bunch of shows in the Northeast this past month. These guys are
great, and an awesome band, to boot. They helped warm the cold nights
and helped us to reach so many new fans. We can't thank thank thank
them enough, but we're gonna try. We have some shows with them again
at the end of the month, too, when we roll back North for a long
weekend before returning to the Southeast for awhile. We also need to
thank Shy Blakeman and the Nashville Muzik Mafia for their sunny
welcome in Delray Beach, as well as The Burnin' Smyrnans for the show
they put us on in Orlando. Thanks guys. It looks like the Muzic Mafia
thing may have made a big connection for us, too, but more on that
when the ink dries. So, you can see from the thank yous that we are
covering a lot of ground, from Florida to Maine to Chicago right now,
and all stops in between. People have been coming out to support us on
our first plays in new places, and that has made a big difference. The
clubs know we have fans who dig what we do, and we dig you for that.
We know there are folks in SC and GA who wonder when we are coming
home, and rest assured, we will be returning home regularly, so keep
updated on the website or MySpace page. Yeah... I know, we're all
still waiting for the new CD to drop, but it, too, is on the way. Hang
tight, love each other and keep it groovy until we see you next!
